About me

Welcome to Nourish to Soar, where my mission is to empower ambitious women like you to boost their energy levels and resilience so they can achieve their dreams. 

I’m Claire Thomas,  a Nutritional Therapist, Professional Vampire (aka Phlebotomist), and NLP Practitioner with a background in Children's Nursing. My journey into holistic health began with my own struggle.
 
From 2012 to 2018, I lived with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which deeply impacted my health and how I felt about myself.  The experience of feeling drained, unfocused, and frustrated with traditional approaches led me to explore the power of nutrition, mindset, and my Christian faith. These were the tools that helped me recover and rebuild my life. Inspired by my journey, and a desire to empower others, I retrained as a Nutritional Therapist and founded Nourish to Soar.  

My practice is dedicated to empowering women who are ambitious and driven but find themselves held back by constant fatigue, brain fog, and chronic health issues. I understand the toll this takes on your body, mind, and spirit, and I'm here to offer you a way forward.
