There is Power in Planning! 


How often have you started following a healthy eating plan only to end up eating foods that aren't so beneficial because you didn’t have the right foods in the fridge, have time to eat a ‘proper’ breakfast or make the lunch you wanted to take to work? I'm guessing it's happened more than you like because life happens!

We need to be intentional when planning either what we'll eat and when we'll eat. Planning allows us to reduce decision fatigue and overwhelm and when we plan it has many benefits such as:

  • There is less food waste
  • Encourages nutritious meals and variety
  • You're less likely to grab a takeaway or a ready meal on the way home from work
